Context:

Jardiland is a French retail chain specialized in gardening, pets and home furnishings. With the goal of broadening its offer, Jardiland expressed the need to create an e-commerce platform to develop its home delivery and Click & Collect services, and develop a robust order preparation tool.

Challenge:

The challenge was to build Jardiland’s e-commerce website, pooling stocks at the chain’s stores, in order to provide e-commerce customers with the most comprehensive offer possible. The order preparation solution also needed to take into account the large surface area of the stores that make up the chain.

Solutions:

The solution developed by Kbrw enables end-to-end processing of Jardiland’s e-commerce orders. Based on a consolidated overview of stock levels in stores, it calculates, manages and tracks orders to make order preparation easier. It includes in-store picking management tools and selects carriers according to volume. Finally, it also manages after sales services, including in-store returns.
