With retail digitalization as the new norm, and in reaction to a competitive environment, Naturalia wanted to stand out from the crowd by rolling out a robust e-commerce solution combined with a Click & Collect and home delivery service.

Challenge:

The challenge lay in launching a brand-new e-commerce solution for Naturalia, which would offer a wider range of services and replace the existing solution. The goal was to set up more intuitive tools to boost operational efficiency.

Solutions:

The solution enables e-commerce orders to be orchestrated and tracked right through, from placement to delivery – including multi-carrier delivery. Kbrw designed a comprehensive and optimized picking solution and set up the tools needed to prepare orders in stores. The deployment of the solution in Naturalia stores has been a success and has led to a rise in the brand’s e-commerce activity. The solution rolled out by Kbrw is one of the very first ship-from-store solutions created for the food sector.
