For the year 2023, we are publish our score of 67 over 100. We are committed to maintaining our efforts, and will continue to pursue our initiatives in this area.
This score confirms that the actions implemented within Kbrw have had a positive impact.

- Clear and transparent compensation policy that ensures pay equity between men and women, with the only criteria being experience, seniority, and level of responsibility.
