Gender Equality Index

In accordance with the law for the freedom to choose one's professional future enacted in France on September 5, 2018, KBRW has analyzed its data relating to professional equality between men and women.

For the year 2023, we are publish our score of 67 over 100. We are committed to maintaining our efforts, and will continue to pursue our initiatives in this area.

This score confirms that the actions implemented within Kbrw have had a positive impact.

Here are a few examples:

  • Pursuing our recruitment efforts (increasing the pool of female developers and Customer Success Managers)

  • Clear and transparent compensation policy that ensures pay equity between men and women, with the only criteria being experience, seniority, and level of responsibility.

  • Encouraging diversity in the hiring process, including the development of a diverse candidate pool and the use of objective criteria in hiring decisions.
